Fun With Random Word Generators: Laugh Link

I can’t say there’s a huge amount of thought behind this post.

I saw that I had closed some leaves in my window on the weekend:

Leaves

And I thought I should do a ‘fill in the blank’ thing, using a random word generator.

These are leaves coming in through my window.

These are atamologists coming in through my window.

These are perfumery coming in through my window.

These are hornyhead coming in through my window.

These are detonate coming in through my window.

These are ruralist coming in through my window.

These are imperialism coming in through my window.

These are monkeytail coming in through my window.

These are crook coming in through my window.

These are misboden coming in through my window.

These are bonobo coming in through my window.

These are wanhope coming in through my window.

These are collectorship coming in through my window.

These are shunting coming in through my window.

These are crapulence coming in through my window.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve read on a random word generator?

  1. Google word searches crack me up sometimes. I always think “there’s more than one person that has searched for that phrase, making it a top suggestion…?!?”

  2. Mine is not so much a word generator but an autocorrect story. I was cranky the other day and trying to text the word ‘Fuckadoodle’ and it autocorrected just as i pressed send to ‘Duck’s Doodle’.

    It’s a good ‘un.

    • Ah autocorrect! Lately it has been changing words that aren’t even wrong! Driving me nuts.

  3. I’m not sure I’d want to know what random words would come up for ‘blocked pipe’ or the plumbing stuff I write about. Some word would be funny I’m sure.

  4. There’s this site called a story starter generator – http://www.thestorystarter.com and they claim to have over 215,572,250,880 random generating story beginnings

It really just a collection of random phrases thrown together

This one’s an example:- “The confused checkers champion struggled with the checkbook in the jewelry store when it rained to discover the dark secret.”

    Go figure
