  1. I love it! Our long weekend involved gardening, mowing and household maintenance before we took a day off on the Monday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Then it was back into house stuff before the rain came… The rain is still here and will be all week. I guess that gives me permission to actually rest and relax now????

I think you have to rest and relax now ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Bahahaha, total tech-founder wear. I love it. All that time with books and in the sun sounds nice. That medieval torture device (they definitely had a hand crank shredder back then) looks ominous though. I need to spend more time in Op Shops. #LifeThisWeek

    1. I am hanging out for this evening to pick up some sequel books from the library too ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. My goodness – that torture device!! My long weekend involved a bit of a spring clean of my garden and pot plants! ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I keep wanting to have plants but then… I don’t haha.

  4. Ah sunshine in weird places when it’s cold. A good time to absorb it.

    1. It’s so rare that I want sunshine because QLD and usually too much haha but it was nice to actually be able to appreciate it.

  5. Thank you for enlightening me. I never knew how to do long weekends…LOL

Mind you, in retirement-ville, every day is a long weekend day. Kind of .

Right now, I hate daylight saving. A topic for another time, perhaps.
