Sometimes I Feel Bad

Sometimes I Feel Bad

You know, I sometimes take onboard the pressure I hate and feel bad about myself for the blogs I’ve half started and all that anti shiny stuff that exists in the world.

And then I logged into the Twitter account for my mostly unused but will never give it up travel blog, Suitcase Scribbles. Wow. So many accounts that I followed that just dropped off the face of this flat earth 😉 I spent some time trying to unfollow inactive accounts and realised that yes, what I can give myself credit for is longevity on this blog. By far it wasn’t my first foray into writing online but once I found a way to make myself an internet home, I stuck with it.

It’s also bizarre who I used to follow. I mean, I had a team building company in my feed. I don’t play well with team building. It’s boring, it’s generic, I don’t like being forced to share because GASP I AM NOT IN FUCKING PRESCHOOL, and I generally have always had negative experiences with it.

While I miss blogs and bloggers who’ve moved on, I don’t mean to be judging them for it. As I said in the post, their choice.
