You’re the problem

It never ceases to amaze me that when someone raises an issue, people attack them just for raising it. No matter now “nicely” it’s raised.

 

I can think of so many difference cases of this happening in so many different contexts. I could tell so many different stories on this.

 

Equating the person raising the problem with the cause of the problem needs to stop.

 

I get it, problems usually mean more work. But that’s not the fault of the person raising the problem. Direct your frustration at the correct place. Maybe it’s a policy that hasn’t been implemented properly. Maybe it’s overwork. Causes are numerous and contextual. Raising the problem is not the problem.
