Day 10 – Saturday 18th Feb 2012
Saturday’s exercise consisted only of a walk at night. Probably around 20mins, though I did at least half of it walking on soft sand so it worked my muscles more!
I’m toying with when it return to the gym.
Life is busy & unpredictable right now, what with my unexpected unemployment, starting a new business in a few day, my husband’s health issues (and queues for specialist appointments), it’s very hard to predict when I will be anywhere & when I will have the energy.
