I Feel Best When…
I feel best when I am:
- Rested
- Eating well
- Have freedom to create
- Get to be in fresh air
- My assignments have been submitted!
- Have space around me
The bad part about that last one is that I basically need to tidy up after myself more often.
PS, did you see my new “thing” yesterday? I’ve launched the Sarcastic Stylist.
When do you feel best?
I think I feel best when I can look back at a day and feel like I’ve achieved something. Weirdly having a clean kitchen makes me feel good too. I think it’s because it’s the first room I see when I wake up.
I guess the kitchen thing is just a factor of being a really well used room in the house. Kinda sucks that it does make me feel better!
Yes, I agree with you Ness – I feel best when the space around me is clear too! My office is the last thing to be cleaned up in our house – and 99% of the mess is mine, I can’t even blame the kids! Must schedule another tidy up 😀
Love all of these. We have overseas visitors at the moment so although it’s wonderful to see them, it is s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g me somewhat!!! LOL
Visitors are tough – there’s usually no downtime that isn’t sleeping time. Even when you like them!
I feel best when i am completely organised. It is like I need the 8th day in the week to be organised.
Apart from the poor aspect, that’s why I loved being a part time worker. It gave me time to do the things that need to be done in a house AND enjoy myself.
I love this! I feel best when I’m well rested, feeling creative and productive, when I’m exercising regularly and when I’m eating the best things for my body (which granted is not as much as I should)! I also feel best when I have the perfect balance between me time, couple time, Little Mister time and social time. Which is never but I do get close sometimes and it’s great for the soul!
Balance between those times is hard to strike!
Oh yes.. I feel best when I’m doing all of those things too but god only knows what I don’t / can’t do them. I’ve been eating really badly of late and need to make some changes!
Sometimes it’s so hard to break an old pattern when you’re tired or stressed.
The last one definitely resonates with me. I feel yucky when there’s clutter every where. But I feel yuckier having to clean it!
