I mixed it up on the Wii Fit today. I usually just play a lot of balance games, especially cycling. Today I also did some yoga & muscles exercises, along with some jogging. I started off with the short jogging course & after finding that going well, I did the 10min “free jog”. Apart from the hem in my short being really uncomfortable for jogging, it was easier than I expected.
