I love weekends. I get the time to relax, read, blog and most importantly, EAT! During the week eating is a giant rush for me – on the go, at my desk and as soon as I get home.
But on the weekend, and after visiting the grocery store, I have the time to make decent food for myself.
I started pulling things out the the fridge and ended up with a salad:
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Snow peas
- Spring onion
- Tomato
- Corn
- Blue cheese
- Radish
And now I’m hungry again just thinking about it.
