Humans are creatures of habit. On the weekend I realised I only go to one place by the beach at night. So I made a green tea (for me) and a coffee (for Ben) & forcibly dragged him from bed.

Hmmm… there have been a few lately! Mainly to do with lifestyle. I switched to sugar-free soft drink. Stopped buying ice cream and have dark chocolate instead. We also have started buying music online instead of CDs, one track per week off itunes. Small things do count towards . maybe we will go to the beach one weekend for a picnic?
